Hailing from London, currently residing in Shanghai where he was recently included on Baidu.com’s “10 hottest celebrities in China” after his fried rice went viral giving him the nickname “Chao Fan Ge” , ConRank is a electronic producer with a fresh sound, seeing his productions recently used by DMC DJ Championships to create a worldwide beat juggling competition. With many years involvement in the music industry Conrank knows his onions; he was one of Europe’s top beat-boxers and had his own MTV show. ConRank has taken his musical influences from the past years and created his own take on the emerging genre that is drumstep while also venturing into dubstep, grime, Hip-hop, electro & DnB . Live Conrank brings pure energy musically and physically, a show which is quickly gaining a reputation with clubbers across europe and asia alike, being awarded “Best international DJ 2010” by Waakao.com in Taiwan.

Conrank has rocked his fair share of festivals including the UK’s “Secret Garden Party” Shanghai’s “Midi” festival and most recently Taihu Electronic Stage playing to crowds of over 2000 people and is currently touring with promoter Antidote racking up over 10 dates across Asia.

In the studio ConRank has released 3 singles and an E.P “State Of Play” on his own label Rankadank, an E.P called ‘Next Step’ on High Rankin’s highly respected label “Suicide Dub” and coming very soon is an EP on Will Bailey’s label “Simma Records” and several remixes on various labels including Top Billin, Hydra & Y4K, his productions are making noise with DJs and clubbers alike. Not content with producing, running a label and DJing, he’s also currently working with world no.1 beatboxer Killa Kela on the aptly named project “Kela & ConRank” as well as producing a whole E.P for Killa Kela & Eklips entitles “Crowd Control”, which has seen support from DMC and G-Shock. Next on Conrank’s TO DO LIST is his forthcoming album “Conrank Says” which samples the classic Prodigy album “Experience”. Conrank is coming, step to the drum.
